Passion drives Faustyne in all aspects of her life. In 2012, her love of teaching and languages inspired her to move to Australia with her husband, Thomas. Four years later, their Australian adventure blossomed with children, Alana and Elliott. Faustyne’s interest in patisserie began as a youngster, buying her first French patisserie book aged nine, determined to recreate every recipe. As a doting mother of two, Faustyne shares her passion and culture with them through her patisserie art.
Our pastry chef, Faustyne, is a decade-long teacher from high school to college age in diverse areas including languages, dance, cooking. She prides herself in her meticulous approach. Her patisserie training includes the prestigious Ritz and Escoffier school and L’Atelier des chefs in Paris. Faustyne delivers a Quality experience, with locally-sourced products alongside a quality pedagogy to enrich the French pâtisserie experience. You would think you are in the centre of France!
